Install two kitchen faucets, minor drain work and install old under counter pump. Once everything was installed I tested everything. Everything was work properly other then the outlet to pump wasn’t working customer will take care of that issue had to undo the tail to pump to gain access to outlet home will install it back. Troubleshoot Replace Switches Estimates for Lutron Caseta Smart Switch Return On Friday 8-10
Customer has three lights in the kitchen that are controlled by a single switch. These lights have been installed for approximately five years. One of the lights closest to the entrance of the kitchen has been giving customer issues with flickering. We conducted a diagnosis at no cost and noticed that the tabs on the lights themselves where the bulbs are screwed into were pushed all the way back. We pulled back the tabs, so the bulbs can make proper contact across the hot and neutral side. As a preventative measure, we are going to give the customer an option to replace the light fixtures so they have pricing for that. We replaced the customer’s light fixtures with new LED light fixtures. New light fixtures are working as intended without flickering.
Came back to complete work quoted. Installed new zone board and transformer. Work was done and tested. System is now running properly. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Install new surge protectors and sauna circuit
Install a secondary panel with an interlock to serve preselected circuits for a portable generator. Install a new air conditioner disconnect to correct melted wiring and lack of a means of disconnect outside.
We replaced the dangerous Sylvania electrical panel with a new square D QO panel. We installed smoke detectors in every bedroom. And we installed whole home surge protection. Inside the panel we replaced every breaker with ground fault in arc fault protection breakers to increase the safety in the home.
Replaced main water service with directional bore. Sleeved water line from meter to house, drilled new hole for penetration, restored water and tested for proper function and no leaks. Also installed two customer supplied faucets.

For this job, I arranged leak detection services as a TGL for Alan Murphy. I discovered the leak on a PVC water main just off of the front foundation of the home between six and 10 inches at a depth of approximately 7 1/2 feet
1 system inspection special . Tested heating and cooling. The zones were working correctly. All flood protection was working. The furnace and air conditioner was working properly.
Came in because costumer was having airflow issues. After testing system found zone board is faulty and was sending wrong signal to the furnace board. also zone board was wire improperly.
